Chris Brown gets restraining order against alleged trespasser
Chris Brown has been granted a restraining order against an overzealous fan who has allegedly trespassed on his home twice.
Danielle Patti is currently locked up in a county jail after she was arrested for allegedly trespassing on Chris' California property in April (16), for the second time in the space of five months.
Danielle claimed she was in a relationship with the singer, but now
Chris has filed his own documents insisting it isn't true and she
has delusions of a romance between them. He claims she yelled
sexual sentiments at him and declared her love for him during her
visits.
He has been granted a restraining order which prohibits her from
being within 100 yards of Chris, 27, and one of his bodyguards,
according to TMZ.com.
Danielle, also 27, was first arrested in December (15) when she
allegedly gained access to his Woodland Hills home by driving
through an open electric gate. She was then discovered by his
security, who ordered her to leave and called the police when
Danielle refused.
Danielle was granted a temporary restraining order against the star
in March (16) by claiming he had threatened her on social media. A
judge decided against making the order permanent because she failed
to show evidence to substantiate her allegations. She claimed she
had erased all the messages to get rid of the bad memories.
She was arrested again in April (16) when she allegedly waited for
the electric gate to open before making her way on the property.
She was found by his guards once again, who detained her until cops
arrived.
Danielle appeared in court on 29 April (16) and pleaded not guilty
to two counts of trespassing.
