Cara Delevingne plans to launch her own record label - report

British supermodel Cara Delevingne is exploring the idea of launching her own record label and has turned to music mogul Simon Cowell for advice, according to reports.

The catwalk star has previously expressed a desire to launch a music career and now reports suggest she wants to take it one step further by starting up her own company after seeking a few words of wisdom from Cowell.

Sources tell Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "Cara chatted to Simon and told him about her ambitions. She's hugely ambitious and would love to do more of her own solo material... Having her own label would not only help to launch her music career but also give her the opportunity to find talent."

Delevingne is also branching out into the film industry and has landed roles in upcoming movies The Face of an Angel and Pan.
