Beyonce + Jay-Z go whale-watching in Hawaii

Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z took time out of new parenthood to get back to nature with a whale-watching trip in Hawaii.

The couple has been out of the spotlight in recent months since the Crazy In Love hitmaker gave birth to their first child, little Blue Ivy, in January (12).

However, despite having their hands full with a newborn, they managed to make time for a special trip to watch the huge sea mammals in Hawaii earlier this month (Apr12).

A source tells Britain's The Sun, "Jay-Z is really interested in creatures that live underwater.

"He started reading about blue whales a while ago and has become hooked on finding out more about them.

"He's been looking into funding research into the rare species as so much about them is still unknown."
