Comedian Aziz Ansari is determined to turn his love life around after years of putting his career first.

The actor has been enjoying the success of his comedy show Master of None after receiving two Emmy Award nominations, and now he's no longer a struggling artist, Aziz wants to focus on finding love.

"(If I could change my reality) I would probably adjust my personal life to be in a loving relationship...," he tells GQ magazine. "I don't feel as good about my personal life as I do my professional life.

"I haven't invested in my personal life the way that I have in my professional life. I'm way more dedicated to my professional life. And I realized that recently, you know?"

Aziz, who is currently single, reveals he would like to find someone to settle down with and eventually start a family, but he is in no rush to become a dad.

"I think I want to meet someone I want to have that discussion (about having children) with...," he says. "I'm not trying to get into a relationship right away. I'm trying to get mature and evolve as a person..."

And the star hopes one day he can settle into a normal life.

"I don't want to be a guy that's, like, running away from having a normal life...," he adds. "If I keep living like a vagabond... I'm in Japan for two months, France for a month. I'm going to live in Italy. At a certain point, that feels like you're running from something."
