Ashton Kutcher pokes fun at Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men
Ashton Kutcher and Two And A Half Men creator Chuck Lorre got the last laugh in their ongoing spat with the show's former star Charlie Sheen in a new episode that aired on Thursday (13Nov14).
Sheen was fired from the comedy in 2011 following a public bust-up with Lorre, and Kutcher was brought in to replace him.
The former leading man has recently hinted at a return to the
series, which is now in its final season, revealing he has put
forward a storyline for the last episode, that would include him -
but both Lorre and his replacement have dismissed the idea.
Kutcher recently said, "I just kinda stopped listening to things
that Charlie Sheen says. Charlie Sheen has become, like, a parent
on Charlie Brown to me - it's like, 'Mwah, mwah, mwah...' And I
just keep saying, 'Thank you for the great job...' I'm just gonna
keep going to work and collecting the check."
Sheen was the butt of Lorre's joke on Thursday night's episode as
Courtney Thorne-Smith's character stumbled into a scene drunk and
wearing just a bra and jeans as Kutcher and co-star Jon Cryer's
Alan Harper attempted to convince a visiting social worker they
were ideal gay parents for an adopted baby.
When the puzzled adoption expert asked, "Who is this?" Kutcher's
quick-thinking character Walden Schmidt responds, "This happens all
the time. Tourists get an out-of-date map to celebrity homes...
'Honey, Charlie Sheen doesn't live here anymore!'"
