A.J. McClean to be a dad

Backstreet Boys star A.J. Mclean is set to be a first-time father.

The singer and his wife Rochelle Karidis have revealed they are expecting a baby, four months after they walked down the aisle in December (11).

The couple announced the happy news on Sunday (30Apr12) in a video posted on YouTube.com, saying, "Because we love you all so much, we wanted to share with you - for the first time - something very special. We're having a baby."

Meanwhile, it's not the only good news the boyband has for fans - original member Kevin Richardson is making a full-time comeback to the group.

Kevin Richardson left the band in 2006, but rejoined them for several one-off appearances. He will now go into the recording studio with them before heading out on the road for a tour later this year (12).
