One of the more eye-catching trends on the carpet last night was a red & pink color combo. It's not one you see too often outside of Valentine's Day, and certainly not one very common on an awards show red carpet, but these ladies (whose stylists must have some weird hive mind) gave the clashy color combo a splash of glamour!
Of all the ladies who rocked this trend last night, the one who, imo, pulled it off most flawlessly was "This Is Us" star Mandy Moore. I don't know how she kept that bodice from slipping! God bless fashion tape!
"Empire" star Taraji P. Henson has never been afraid to take risks, either in her roles or her fashion, and she proved once again that she is a fearless fashion warrior in this drapey, goddess-like gown.
Marisa Tomei opted for the flowy silhouette to compliment this color combo as well.
Susan Kelechi Watson must have taken a cue from her "This Is Us" co-star Mandy Moore, choosing a gown with the same color combo and looking every inch a Disney Princess!
