One of HBO’s best shows, Mike Judge’s “Silicon Valley”, is back for a second season on Sunday, April 12, which is just in time for the ending of Passover! So break out the leftover Matzo and Manischewitz wine on Sunday night, and check out the new season. Check out the recently premiered trailer:
People, I can’t wait for this. Not only is it a nice treat after Passover, but it’s also going to directly follow the “Game of Thrones” premiere on the same night, which means that HBO Sunday nights will remain unmatched forever. But what the heck is going on this season?
Well, last season ended with an algorithm for the most elaborate penis joke ever put on television (and probably in any artistic medium in general), as well as seeing the main character of Richard Hendricks’s (played by Thomas Middleditch) company Pied Piper get put on the map. The end of last season left the characters and the audience thinking, “Where do we go from here?” Big things happened, which means even bigger decisions need to be made. In this trailer, it looks like they start doing business with a douchey guy who seems like he either knows everything about the software business or nothing at all. Outside of that, who really knows what is going to happen? But that will certainly be part of the fun.
Now, if that trailer didn’t get you excited enough, check out our exclusive one-on-one with star T.J. Miller!
