Prince Charles’s Bigger Role

As Prince Charles got older and began to take on more responsibilities as a royal, his character on the show will become more prominent too. Until now, we've only seen his character as a child and his biggest storyline was just a springboard used to dive deeper into Prince Philip’s own troubled childhood. This season, fans will see Prince Charles’s investiture, the moment he was officially given the title of Prince of Wales, and watch him meet and date his future second wife and Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker Bowles. Charles will be played by Josh O’Connor and Camilla will be played by Emerald Fennell.
