"Last Man Standing"
Tim Allen played a conservative man with very liberal neighbors, wife, and daughter, his only ally being his youngest daughter. However, despite the differences in political opinions, the show portrays these people as friends and able to move past their differences. People on both sides of the aisle were able to watch and laugh, which is why it was so surprising when ABC canceled the show after 6 successful seasons. A year after cancelation, Fox picked it up again. Season 7 aired in September 2018 and it has been renewed for a Season 8.
