Ultimate Fighting Champion fighter-turned-actress Ronda Rousey will get the chance to scrap for the sport's bantamweight belt again after losing to Australian Holly Holm last month (Nov15).
UFC president Dana White has confirmed a rematch is being planned.
"I think that if we didn't make the rematch, me and (UFC CEO) Lorenzo (Fertitta) should probably lose our promoters' license," White told ESPN's Mike and Mike show. "That fight's going to happen. I don’t know when, but that's the fight that will happen.
"Ronda Rousey has gone undefeated, taken the sport to another level, and was beating the best women in the world in 14 seconds or 30 seconds, so she deserves a rematch."
Holm's victory over the Furious 7 femme fatale was one of the sport's biggest upsets.
"Holly agrees she deserves a rematch," White added, "and we'll figure it out."
