Taylor Swift is starting off the holiday season early by surprising her fans with Christmas gift baskets.
The Shake It Off hitmaker has been busy promoting her best-selling album 1989 all over the world, and along the way, she has picked up trinkets from different countries.
As a token of appreciation for her dedicated fans, she made gift baskets from her souvenirs and sent them to some of her most loyal followers.
A teen named Hannah took to Twitter on Tuesday (11Nov14) to share pictures of her special delivery, which included a kimono from Japan, a kangaroo crystal necklace from Australia, New York Police Department shirts from New York and make-up from Los Angeles.
Swift also included a handwritten note with the present, which read, "Hannah, I hope things have been amazing where you are. I have been traveling nonstop, but I brought you back some early Christmas presents from the farthest corners of the world. Japan, Australia, New York, L.A...
"And yes it is way too early to be all Christmas crazy but TOO BAD. I love seeing you look so happy on your blog. It makes me so grateful that I get to have you in my life. And I just want to tell you how much you mean to me. Isn’t that what the holidays are actually about anyway? Love, Taylor."
Another fan named Hailey was brought to tears when she received her box of goods and she is carefully opening each item, including a Japanese tea set, in a video posted on YouTube.com.
The early gift-giving follows Swift's surprise secret listening sessions which the pop star hosted for fans in Nashville, Tennessee, London, New York and Rhode Island, prior to releasing 1989 last month (Oct14).
