Taylor Swift's younger brother Austin has made his acting debut in the new Pierce Brosnan movie.
The 24-year-old has nabbed a part in the upcoming thriller I.T., starring former James Bond actor Brosnan, and was spotted in the recent trailer for the film, which is due out in September (16).
I.T. follows the story of a consultant-turned-hacker, played by James Frecheville, who tries to ruin a wealthy businessman (Brosnan) when their relationship turns sour - stalking his daughter and threatening his life.
While details of Austin's role are currently unknown, eagle-eyed fans pointed him out in the recently released trailer for the film, around the 1 minute 30 second mark.
Shake It Off hit maker Taylor shared how proud she was of her younger brother last September (15) when she posted a photo of Austin on the set of the film.
"My brother @austinkingsleyswift just acted in his first movie and I'm all proud and stuff," she captioned the shot.
The siblings are very close, and have supported each other through thick and thin. When Kanye West's track Famous was released back in February (16), featuring disparaging lyrics about Taylor, Austin responded by filming himself throwing a pair of sneakers from the rapper's Adidas collection in the trash.
In the clip he posted on Instagram, Austin grabs his $950 Moonrock Yeezy Boost 350 sneakers and puts them in the garbage. He captioned the video, "Getting a head start on some spring cleaning. Here we go again."
The controversial track features the lyrics, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. I made that b**ch famous."
Kanye and wife Kim Kardashian claim the 26-year-old singer gave the rapper permission to use her name in the track. While Taylor's team denied the claims, Kim posted a video to Snapchat last month (Jul16) which featured the singer apparently approving the song while on the phone to Kanye.
In the Snapchat video, Taylor can be heard saying, "Umm, yeah go with whatever line you think is better. It's obviously very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that's really nice," when he runs a line by her.
Taylor later issued a statement clarifying she never approved him calling her "a b**ch" in the song and accused Kim of character assassination by suggesting she is a liar.
