Ryan Reynolds has confirmed the gender of his and Blake Lively's second child - a baby girl.
The 40-year-old actor appeared on late night chat show Conan on Wednesday night (02Nov16), and opened up about his family's new arrival. Joking that he didn't have any movies to promote but just wanted to get out of the house, Ryan told the host: "Having two (kids) under two is tough."
Ryan then revealed during the live interview that his second child was in fact a baby girl, adding: "Yeah a lot of estrogen. It’s like an American Girl doll took a s**t on my life." He didn't go into details about the tot's moniker, but the couple didn't announce the name of their first daughter James until months after her arrival.
Ryan's revelation didn't go down too well with former Gossip Girl star Blake.
Later on Wednesday night, Blake took to Instagram to share a snap of a cookie and cup of milk, alongside the caption: "The ways I know that @vancityreynolds got himself into huge trouble on @teamcoco tonight: Not only did he come home with my true love, @levain_bakery cookies, but he personally toasted them for me and brought me a cup of milk WITH ICE. Literal brownie points."
Ryan and Blake welcomed the baby at a hospital in Manhattan, New York, in September.
The Deadpool star hasn't had much success keeping quiet on the family's new addition though. Last month he slipped up in a message posted on his Twitter page which read: "The mobile above my daughter's crib is just a whole bunch of NuvaRings (birth control method). So she remembers how lucky she is."
Fans were quick to comment on his gaffe, taking it as confirmation that the family had welcomed another baby girl.
