Rob Kardashian is suing his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna for injuries he suffered during a violent fight last December (16).
According to the new lawsuit, obtained by TheBlast.com, Kardashian claims the mother of his baby daughter was intoxicated when she attacked him and chased him around the home he was renting from his sister Kylie Jenner.
He alleges Chyna repeatedly lashed out at him as he tried to get away, and then trashed the place, damaging a television and destroying cell phones.
Kylie is also suing Blac Chyna, estimating the model caused over $100,000 worth of damage to her home.
Sources tell The Blast Kardashian never went public with the drama, which also allegedly included Chyna hurling a chair at his Bentley as he tried to drive away, because he was still in love with his fiancee at the time, and didn't want the mother of his child to be arrested.
The new legal documents also reveal that Rob and Chyna tried to make their E! reality show work after the fight, but producers quickly realized a second season was a bad idea - and shut it down. Producers even hired a life coach to work with the couple, but Chyna refused to accept his help.
She is also threatening her own lawsuit claiming Rob and his family cost her the show.
Rob and Kylie are suing for assault, battery and vandalism. They are seeking unspecified damages.
Rob and Blac split at the beginning of 2017. Their daughter Dream turns one in November (17).
