Reese Witherspoon is relieved to have found love again with second husband Jim Toth, because she had no idea how stressful her life was as a working single mum.
The Walk The Line star has been juggling her movie career with her role as a single mother to daughter Ava, 11, and son Deacon, seven, since divorcing Ryan Phillippe in 2006.
But Witherspoon claims she never realised how highly strung she had been until she settled down and wed talent agent Toth earlier this year (11).
She tells the upcoming issue of Marie Claire magazine, "I was hard on myself when I got divorced. And until I got remarried, I don't think I realised how stressed I was. I don't think I recognised how anxious I was about being a single parent.
"Now I feel a great sense of relief and an incredible amount of support from my husband. I got very lucky, and he's wonderful. And so wonderful with my children. I'm very blessed."
