Rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs was a proud dad on Thursday (26May16) when his son Christian graduated from high school.
The Bad Boy For Life star documented the ceremony on social media by sharing a video of his 18-year-old son, dressed in cap and gown, being presented with a document on stage, posing with school officials and racing off stage back to his seat.
The video cuts to Christian's mom Kim Porter sitting in the audience saying she felt amazing and "a little sad... and happy" as she wipes her eyes. Diddy tells her off camera, "Thank you, thank you Kim, you're the greatest" as she blows a kiss to him and thanks him back.
"Words cannot explain!!!!!" he writes in the caption. "IM SO PROUD OF YOU SON!!! Now let's get it!!! @kingcombs has graduated! Look out world. It's his turn now! @ladykp (Kim) congrats job well done! 4 more to go!!!! Lol (laugh out loud)."
He then shared pictures of Christian in his graduation clothes and wrote, "Congratulations to my prince @kingcombs words cannot explain how proud you make me feel! Salute! Salute! Salute! #proudPAPA."
The rapper attended the ceremony in an arm sling as he underwent surgery on his rotator cuff on his shoulder for the fourth time this week (beg23May16). He also documented the operation in a series of before and after Snapchat videos, including one clip where he is still "delirious" from the surgery.
The 46-year-old has six children. He had three kids, Christian and twins D'Lila and Jessie, with ex-girlfriend Kim and adopted her child Quincy from a previous marriage.
