Pregnant Katherine Heigl can't get enough doughnuts
Actress Katherine Heigl has developed cravings for doughnuts and cinnamon rolls as she nears the third trimester of her first pregnancy.
The Knocked Up star and her singer husband, Josh Kelley, are expecting a baby boy in January (17), and she admits her need for sweet treats has become almost unbearable.
The actress, who is already mum to adopted daughters Naleigh,
seven, and Adalaide, four, tells In Touch magazine, "I'm just tired
and hungry. I'm hungry for doughnuts every day. And if you put a
cinnamon roll in front of me, it's going to get ugly."
And it appears the star simply can't get enough food: "The weekends
are like, 'OK, where are we going for brunch?' and then it's,
'Where are we going for dinner?'"
Katherine reveals her husband has turned into a superman to make
sure his wife feels special all the time.
"The other day I came home to a bouquet of flowers and a really
sweet note from the kids that I'm sure he (Josh) made them
write."
And she tells the publication he and his brother, country singer
Charles Kelley, are thrilled about the fact there will be another
boy in the family next year (17), adding, "His brother had a boy
last February, and they're already talking about their golf
foursome."
Lady Antebellum star Charles and his wife Cassie welcomed son Ward
Charles Kelley on 11 February (16) after struggling to start a
family for years.
"This journey to become a family of 3 has been a long, interesting,
sometimes fun and sometimes heartbreaking road - a journey that I
want to share... because I know there are a lot of women out there
who have walked the road of a fertility struggle and we can all
grow, heal, and understand each other better through our shared
experience," Cassie wrote online after discovering she was
pregnant.
They took to her lifestyle blog following the birth of their
miracle baby and wrote: "We can't stop staring at him and he hasn't
stopped chitchatting with us since he arrived. He's got momma's
nose and daddy's eyes and vocal chords and a head full of blond
hair. We feel like our life just began today and are so grateful
for a healthy baby boy in our arms."
