New mom Cheryl is selling off her luxury estate in the English countryside so she can focus on her new family life in London with boyfriend Liam Payne.
The couple became first-time parents to son Bear in March (17), and the musicians have been using the One Direction star's house in London as a base for the last few months.
Now it appears Cheryl and Liam have agreed to make the city pad their permanent home as they raise baby Bear, and the former Girls Aloud band member has placed her spacious property in Hertfordshire, just outside of the British capital, on the market for $6.5 million via Statons Barnet Lettings.
The compound, known as Brickfields, features ultra modern furnishings and boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an indoor pool, steam room, gym, and a movie theater, as well as a hot tub on a hidden roof terrace, reports People.com.
"Everything in the house was custom made and designed beautifully," designer Claudia Afshar tells the publication, explaining the gated entrance is "set on the oldest roman road in the U.K."
It is also eco-friendly, with facilities for rainwater recycling and solar panels installed, too.
Afshar, who designed the estate with her mom, Anita Kohn of Living in Space, admits Cheryl is reluctantly letting the stunning place go as she adjusts to new motherhood.
"She loved the property, but her partner (Liam) owns a residence in South London, so it was more about her moving to start a life together as a family," she says. "(Cheryl) was sorry to leave this special home."
