Megan Fox: 'Film sets are dangerous places for children'
Actress Megan Fox has banned her children from her film and TV sets after her eldest son bust his lip open during a visit to see mom at work.
The 29 year old's boys Noah Shannon, three, and Bodhi Ransom, 22 months, love spending time with mom, but they are no longer allowed to accompany her to work.
"I took Noah for the first time when he was two to the set of
(Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)," Megan tells People magazine. "It's
a dangerous place for kids. He tripped over a wire and busted open
his lip, so I've never brought my kids back to set."
However, Noah is quickly growing up and realizing he is no longer a
baby.
"Once, he grabbed my hand and he said, 'Mommy, I'm going to hold
your hand so that I can help you if you ever fall down,'" she
recalls. "He was two when he said that. (Now he) is just growing up
really fast.
"Yesterday, he was like, 'Mommy, I'm your baby?' And I said,
'Yeah.' And he said, 'But this baby is growing up.' I was like,
'Woah. Yeah,'" she adds.
This Christmas (15) will be the first Megan spends as a single
parent, having split from the boys' father, actor Brian Austin
Green, in August (15), citing "irreconcilable differences" in
divorce papers.
The New Girl star won't be melancholy over the holidays though, as
she plans to go all out to make it an extra special Christmas for
her little ones.
"(I'm) big into Christmas (and I'm) going to do all sorts of
Disneyland, Disney on Ice, Trans-Siberian Orchestra (trips to)
really gear up for that day," she says.
