Justin Timberlake testing new MySpace on his famous friends
Justin Timberlake has been giving his famous friends a preview of his newly revamped version of MySpace.com to test out the social networking website.
The pop superstar is among a group of investors preparing to relaunch the site as a dedicated platform for musicians and fans, and they unveiled the new look to 800 company employees on Monday (24Sep12).
The public has yet to see the redesign, but Timberlake has been
letting his famous friends test out the new features in the hope
they will become brand ambassadors.
However, the singer/actor is determined to keep secret the names of
the musicians involved.
He tells The Hollywood Reporter, "I know some artists... For me, to
reach out to the ones that I know, I think for now to be a beta
tester, as well. I want them to feel a sense of comfortable
anonymity to that."
