Justin Bieber's bodyguard indicted on two felony charges after paparazzo run-in
Justin Bieber's bodyguard has been charged with two felony charges following a run-in with a paparazzo in Atlanta, Georgia last month (Feb14).
Hugo Hesny was indicted on felony robbery and entering a vehicle counts in Fulton County Superior Court on Tuesday (25Mar14).
Hesny admitted to stealing a $10,000 camera from photographer Jason
Winslow after he allegedly got too close to the Baby hitmaker while
he was visiting the city's Sandy Springs Funhouse Arcade.
Bieber's security guard initially told local police he did not take
Winslow's camera, but officers later recovered the equipment from a
car in front of the singer's rented property and arrested Hesny on
theft charges.
Bieber is not suspected of any involvement in the incident. Hesny
is currently free on bail.
