Rocker John Mayer has added jewellery designer to his resume after unveiling a line of handmade unisex accessories.
The Daughters star, who is a keen watch collector, has teamed up with jeweller George Frost to launch the limited edition range, which includes beaded necklaces and hand-woven bracelets, which feature song titles like "Born and Raised", "Wildfire" and "Neon".
Prices start at $50, with the most expensive piece - a silver pendant with a revolving charm, which reads, "Love is a verb" - retailing at $190.
The simple jewellery collection isn't the only new project Mayer has been working on of late. Earlier this month (Sep16), he announced he had teamed up with bosses at household goods firm The Laundress for his own laundry product line.
The unlikely collaboration came about after the rocker confessed to being a huge fan of the brand on social media as he showed fans how he keeps his white T-shirts looking fresh and clean. Mayer and The Laundress chiefs joined forces to create The Laundress X John Mayer Out West Laundry Detergent and Fabric Fresh spray, which were inspired by the "natural spirit and fresh mountain air in Mayer's home state of Montana".
Sales of the products benefit the Montana Association of Land Trusts (MALT).
Mayer moved from Los Angeles to Montana a few years ago, after realising his ego had spun out of control following his candid 2010 interview with Playboy magazine, in which he dished on all of his celebrity ex-girlfriends and infamously described Jessica Simpson as "sexual napalm".
He has since focused on his music, and recently toured with the surviving members of the Grateful Dead.
