Rapper G-Eazy has taken his love for his hometown Oakland Athletics baseball team up a notch by designing a capsule collection for his California sporting heroes.
The Me, Myself & I hitmaker has put his style spin on a trio of jerseys for his beloved Oakland A's, with the Major League Baseball tops coming in green, grey, and white, and each bearing the name "EAZY" and the number "89", a reference to his birth year.
He has also created an official G-Eazy x A's New Era fitted cap, and put his stamp on a mini Louisville Slugger baseball bat, and a limited edition Topps baseball card, which features an image of the star wearing the Oakland A's uniform.
Each jersey purchase will come with specially autographed versions of the Topps collectors card, reports BallerStatus.com.
The news emerges almost a week after G-Eazy was honored with his own special bobblehead night during the Oakland A's home game against the Minnesota Twins last Friday (28Jul17).
The rapper was on hand to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Oakland Alameda Coliseum, where ticketholders were given their very own bobblehead toy in G-Eazy's likeness.
Unfortunately, his presence did little to lift the team to victory - the Twins won the game 6-3.
