Eva Green fronts 2015 Campari calendar

British actress Eva Green has been named the face of alcohol brand Campari for its 2015 campaign.

The Casino Royale star will pose for the Italian liqueur giant's annual calendar, which has been previously fronted by Hollywood beauties including Uma Thurman, Penelope Cruz and Eva Mendes.

She will model for photographer Julia Fullerton-Batten, who is the first female snapper to be involved with the calendar in its 16-year history.

The series of pictures will celebrate the company's classic cocktails and will be unveiled later this year (14).

Green says, "To work with an iconic worldwide brand such as Campari is an honor and a privilege. There is something very special about this year's theme as it strikes a balance between the classic and the contemporary.

"It's a thing of incredible beauty and clearly shows that while some of these recipes are over 100 years old, they are still relevant to and adored in today's world."
