Actor Bradley Cooper was forced to undergo plastic surgery as a young teen after accidentally running into a lamp.

The Hangover star was goofing around and not watching where he was going, when he collided with a glass lamp, which shattered and left the then-15-year-old hunk with several deep cuts and gashes on his face.

As a result, the Limitless actor opted to undergo corrective surgery to minimise the long-term effects, and Cooper admits it was a disaster: "I couldn't move part of my face for six months!"

Despite his best attempts, some of the scrapes have turned into permanent scars - the largest of which stretches over his left eyebrow, according to the National Enquirer.
