The Dancing Scene
My sole argument for this scene being the iconic thing it has become is the fact that Mia’s outfit in the scene has been an inspiration for thousands of Halloween costumes over the years. When Vincent and Mia (Uma Thurman) find themselves in a 1950s-themed diner, Jack Rabbit Slims, they join a dance competition. Travolta and Thurman then give us all the dope moves no one knew they wanted or needed and with which we now cannot live without. The dance is easy to recreate and has gone down as the most iconic dance number in cinema history.
