Rey Is Still In Training
A Jedi’s work is never done, I guess, as Rey appears to still be honing her fighting skills. In the shot of Rey slicing through a tree with her lightsaber, blink and you’ll miss the little remote training droid she’s aiming at, like the one Luke Skywalker used in the first Star Wars movie (and which we know is still on the Millennium Falcon, as Finn came across it in The Force Awakens). Of course, anyone who read my breakdown of the first TROS trailer knows that I believe her little leap into the air over Kylo Ren’s TIE Silencer was also part of a training session, so there you go…
