Stormi Webster had one of the most glamorous Halloween costumes that any 1-year-old has ever rocked. For her Halloween costume, Stormi went as none other than her own mother, Kylie Jenner. Stormi wore an exact replica of her mom’s 2019 Met Gala dress, complete with a matching purse and wig. The lilac ensemble was adorably shared by Kylie via Instagram, and even included a video of Stormi.
