Originally known for her impressive acting skills, Greta Gerwig decided to take her talents behind the camera with her 2017 masterpiece Lady Bird. The Oscar-nominated film starred the beautiful Saoirse Ronan as a misunderstood angsty teen from Sacramento. After Lady Bird, Gerwig received a lot of attention from the film community, as everyone wanted to know what her next project would be. When she announced she would be directing a new adaptation of Little Women, starring the likes of Saoirse Ronan, Timothee Chalamet, Emma Watson, and Meryl Streep, among others, the internet nearly broke. The period piece of everyone’s dreams comes out Christmas Day and will have fans swooning for more work from Gerwig.
