4. Open Season (2006)
For Boog the Bear (Martin Lawrence), life is rolling smoothly in the town of Timberline as he resides with a park ranger named Beth (Debra Messing) in a special space designated for him. But things swiftly change when he comes across a captive deer named Elliot (Ashton Kutcher). After freeing the stranded deer from a hunter, the two animals are not quick to forge a bond, but are sent into the jungle together after being seen in public.
Now in the woods, the duo must brace for the impending Open Season, where hunters will have the chance to come after them. While Boog is ironically unskilled in living in the wild, it’s Elliot who teaches the large bear how to live the forest lifestyle. Catch these two unlikely cohorts as they scheme together a plan that will save all animals in the forest from the evil hunters!
