1. Surf’s Up (2007)
In this film, ride the wave alongside Cody Maverick (Shia LaBeouf), a penguin living in Antarctica with the goal of being a surfer. Well, Antarctica may not be the best place to pursue a surfing career, so Cody pounces on the chance to head to the tropical Pen Gu island and participate in the Big Z Memorial Surf Contest.
Once on Pen Gu island, Cody will have the opportunity to go after his dreams and make a name for himself. However, it will not be easy with the stiff competition, including Chicken Joe (Jon Heder) and 9-time champion Tank Evans (Diedrich Bader).
Cody decides to polish his skills by taking lessons from legendary surfer Big Z Topanga (Jeff Bridges), his surfing role model who’s “supposedly dead”. Well, if you want to be the best, you must learn from the best! Watch as Cody tries to make his dreams come true!
