Will Smith recently felt the wrath of his teenage daughter Willow, who chastised the Hollywood actor as "irresponsible" after one of her pet cats went missing.
The Men In Black star reveals he and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have been dealing with the raging hormones of their youngest child, singer/actress Willow, and he recently fell victim to the moody teen when she couldn't find one of her furry friends.
He explains, "We have teenagers in the house so it's very difficult and 90 per cent of the focus is on Willow. A 14-year-old girl takes all of the attention... It's like, the world ends three times a week...
"The last time (the world ended for her), she has these cats and she loves these cats, and we live out in the boonies (middle of nowhere), so I accidentally left one of the doors open and she couldn't find a cat.
"It's a bad look for cats in my neighbourhood because it's coyotes and stuff out there, they not gon' make it (sic). So she was very upset. She looked at me and tears welled up in her eyes and she said, 'I cannot believe you would be that irresponsible.' And there is nothing that destroys the heart of a middle-aged man than the disdainful sneer of a 14-year-old girl.
"She was right, so I called Jada... and I was on the phone when Willow walked up and said, 'The least you could do is look!'"
Luckily, Willow Smith's pet was found alive and well. Her dad says, "We found the cat; the cat was in the house!"
