Taylor Swift has wpent $2.5 million on a Nashville, Tennessee mansion - just weeks after placing another nearby property she owns on the market.
The Love Story hitmaker purchased a four-bedroom, five-bathroom family home in 2010 for $1.45 million, but put it up for sale earlier this summer (11) with a $50,000 price hike.
But despite her desire to offload the property, she's recently paid out for a new mansion in Nashville, according to The Real Estalker website.
The Northumberland Estate features four bedrooms and four bathrooms and was previously owned by Universal Music Group chairman Luke Lewis.
It is just one house in Swift's growing property portfolio - she has a huge penthouse in central Nashville, and is the proud owner of a $3.55 million home in Beverly Hills.
