Shia Labeouf gave up on a marathon screening of all of his films by lying down in the aisle of the cinema and falling asleep.
The Transformers star invited his fans to join him at the Angelika Film Center in New York City for a 72-hour movie extravaganza showing all of his big screen projects in reverse chronological order.
He vowed to sit through all his movies, with just 10-minute breaks in between, and fans are able to join him in the cinema for free or watch online via a live stream.
Shia kicked off the event on Tuesday afternoon (10Nov15) and stayed up all night viewing films, but appeared to be battling severe fatigue by Wednesday morning (11Nov15).
The live stream camera focused on his face to show his reaction to his movies, and he was seen yawning and rubbing his eyes before finally giving up and lying down in the aisle of the cinema.
Shia wrapped up his coat and used it as a makeshift pillow, and other members of the audience were seen stepping over him as they made their way to the exit.
Reports suggest Shia fell asleep during the second Transformers movie, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
After sleeping for more than two hours, he eventually got up and returned to his seat to continue the movie marathon.
