Shia Labeouf is one step closer to having his disorderly conduct case dismissed after completing a court-ordered alcohol treatment program.
The Transformers star was arrested in New York City last year (14) for disrupting a Broadway performance of Cabaret and tussling with police outside the theater.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and was ordered to complete a six-month alcohol rehabilitation course.
On Friday (20Mar15), LaBeouf appeared at Manhattan Criminal Court, sporting a bizarre new hairstyle, to give Judge Ann Scherzer proof of the completion.
The case will be dismissed if LaBeouf maintains his good behavior for six more months.
