Singing superstar Shakira has recruited her realtor half-brother to help her offload her home in Miami Beach, Florida after failing to sell the pad in two years.
The Hips Don't Lie hitmaker initially listed the property in 2013 for $14.95 million, but after failing to attract prospective buyers, she slashed the price by $2 million.
The six-bedroom house was taken off the market in 2014 amid reports suggesting her then-realtor was a former associate of local drug cartel bosses, but now Shakira is giving her sibling, Antonio Mebarak, a shot at selling the mansion after he received his real estate licence last summer (14).
She is now seeking $13.9 million for the home, a big difference from the $3.3 million she purchased it for in 2001, but Mebarak is confident the property, which boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen, outdoor pool, large dock and stunning views of Biscayne Bay, will be quickly snapped up.
He tells Gossip Extra, "The house sells itself. It's a beautiful place. Everything is white inside. Everything is the best."
The singer currently lives in Spain with her beau, soccer star Gerard Pique, and their two young sons.
