Shakira is celebrating after the video for her song Chantaje hit 100 million views on streaming service Vevo.
The track, which features Maluma, is now Vevo Certified after reaching the viewing milestone, and according to Billboard, it is also the fastest-ever Spanish-language video to surpass the mark following its release on 18 November (16).
On Thursday (08Dec16), the Hips Don't Lie star took to Instagram to thank her fans for the success of the single.
"Yes, I am in a bathtub and even though I don't have any bubbles or champagne, I'm celebrating Chantaje's 100 million views," she said in her video post. "Thank you so much, I love you guys."
"Thank you to all the fans for making this song a hit," she added on Twitter.
The single has also become only the 14th track to debut at the top of America's Hot Latin Songs chart in its 30-year history. It's Shakira's 11th number one and fellow Colombian Maluma's first.
It is also her 19th track to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 countdown, debuting at number 96 last month (Nov16).
