Country music star Sara Evans has put herself forward for the next season of hit U.S. reality show Dancing With The Stars after previously bowing out of the competition due to personal troubles.
The singer signed on to star in the 2006 run of the program but decided to quit mid-way through the third season as she struggled through a difficult divorce from the father of her three children.
However, Evans admits she is eager to return to the TV dancefloor - she's just waiting for network bosses at ABC to ask.
She tells Us Weekly magazine, "It was challenging and terrifying, yet so much fun, I'd do it again. And I'm certain they'd take me back!"
The 43 year old's public plea comes just days after the latest line-up for Dancing With the Stars was announced. Star Wars hero Billy Dee Williams, Australian pop star Cody Simpson, Full House actress Candace Cameron Bure and former Wonder Years beauty Danica McKellar will be among the cast of the 18th season of the show, which kicks off on 17 March (14).
