A representative for Sandra Bullock has shut down reports suggesting the actress is preparing to wed boyfriend Bryan Randall.
The Blind Side star has been dating the photographer since last year (15), and recent rumors alleged the happy couple is planning to walk down the aisle in a top-secret ceremony this summer (16).
However, Sandra's publicist has dismissed the claims, insisting the speculation is completely unfounded.
"Sandra Bullock is not engaged and there is no wedding," her spokesperson tells People.com. "There's no truth at all in those rumors."
Bullock, who adopted her second child Laila in December (15), was previously married to reality TV star Jesse James for five years until their split in 2010, when his infidelity was exposed days after the 51-year-old's Best Actress Oscar win.
She has since admitted she has been turned off the idea of marriage, although that doesn't mean she isn't eager to settle down with a special someone.
Asked if she planned to wed in the future during a 2015 interview, she told People magazine, "I don't think so, but I can see myself in a committed, safe relationship where there is lots of love and laughter, and making memories is number one on the to-do list."
And it appears Randall may just be the man to help her make memories - the couple made its red carpet debut in October (15) at the Hollywood premiere of her film Our Brand is Crisis.
"Sandy has found her soulmate," a source told E! News last week (01Jul16). "Her friends and family love seeing Sandy so happy... She is where she finally wants to be with a partner."
The actress also previously dated Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Gosling, and was engaged to actor Tate Donovan.
