Reality star Rob Kardashian has stepped up his relationship with Blac Chyna by meeting her mother.
Kim Kardashian's brother was first linked to model Blac in January (16), and despite rumors of a split last month (Mar16), it appears their romance is going from strength-to-strength, despite the rift it has reportedly caused among the Kardashian/Jenner clan, as Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner is dating Blac's ex-fiance Tyga.
Blac's mother, Tokyo, recently flew to Los Angeles with her husband to meet Rob and spend quality time with her grandson, King Cairo, whose father is rapper Tyga.
A source tells TMZ.com Rob made a great impression on Tokyo, who believes the 29-year-old may be "the one". The insider adds Blac's mom was particularly enamoured by Rob's positive attitude, his good manners, and the way he treats her daughter like a queen.
Tokyo officially gave the relationship her seal of approval by showing off a photo of herself and the happy couple on Instagram.
It is not yet known if Rob's mother Kris Jenner has had the chance to spend more time with Blac since the model, who was previously close friends with Kim, became romantically involved with the sock designer.
During an appearance on Australian radio's Kyle & Jackie O Show last month (Mar16), Kris insisted she harbors no grudge against Blac - she just hasn't had the opportunity to get to know her.
"She seems like a really nice girl but I just haven't been around her," she explained. "I don't know much about their relationship. I haven't really seen her that much and I don't know her as well as everyone else."
Kris did, however, acknowledge Blac's positive effect on her son's life as the overweight star had previously been struggling with depression and had recently been diagnosed with diabetes. He had also become a recluse due to his huge weight gain and refused to leave his house, but Blac has encouraged Rob to adopt a healthy eating and exercise regime, and the pair has since been seen enjoying romantic dates and outings together on numerous occasions.
"He feels so much better about himself. He is doing really, really well," Kris, 60, said of Rob. "He is trying to be healthy and get in shape and he is also working on a couple of projects."
