A man accused of breaking into the home of pop star Rita Ora has denied a burglary charge.
The singer's London mansion was targeted in a raid last November (15), and items stolen included jewellery, computers, and cell phones believed to be worth around $300,000.
Charaf Elmoudden, 26, from Stonebridge, north London, appeared at Hendon Magistrates Court in the British capital on Monday (25Jan16) and he pleaded not guilty to burglary.
An application for bail was rejected and he was remanded in custody head of his next court hearing in February (16).
After the break-in at Rita's property, police officers released CCTV images in a bid to catch whoever was responsible, and revealed the incident occurred while the occupants were at home.
