Rihanna has been tapped to front the December issue of Paris Vogue.
The Barbadian singer is fast becoming one of the biggest players in the fashion and beauty industries, having found success with her Fenty Puma by Rihanna streetwear and footwear lines as well as her cosmetics brand, Fenty Beauty.
But Rihanna is truly closing out 2017 with a bang, acting as a guest editor for the French fashion publication and also appearing on three different covers of the magazine.
The first image was shot by photographer Jean-Paul Goude and shows Rihanna gazing directly at the camera while wearing a black leather beret, diamond earrings and a swipe of red lipstick.
A second cover image was snapped by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and shows the Umbrella hitmaker gazing over her shoulder while wearing a Christian Dior gown. Rihanna's hair was styled into a tousled look by celebrity hair stylist Yusef, and also features a fringe.
Meanwhile, the third cover image was shot by Juergen Teller. The photograph depicts Rihanna posing lying on her side while wearing a metallic yellow bodysuit, patterned leggings, a furry lemon-yellow shawl and a striped scarf wrapped around her head. She also wears diamond earrings with giant white pearls, sports a pearl-white manicure, and has a swipe of pale eyeshadow across her lids.
Though Rihanna appears on three different covers, the images feature the same text, all promising to give an insight into the 29-year-old star's look, passions, style, friends and family.
The three collector's editions are set to hit newsstands on 1 December (17), though one concept has already sparked controversy on social media.
Taking to Instagram to comment on the Teller image, in which Rihanna sports a furry wrap, animal rights activist and actress Pamela Anderson stated that she truly hoped that the piece was made from faux fur.
"Why fur? @badgalriri is so beautiful...With such strength and power... and a sexy fashion icon. Please no more fur. There are great alternatives. Maybe this is #faux. It's not a natural color?" she wrote.
