Rapper T.I. is set to executive produce a reality show about female hip-hop artists.
Sisterhood of Hip Hop will chronicle the lives of artists Siya, Nyemiah Supreme, Diamond, Brianna Perry and Bia as they work towards their careers in the music industry.
Diamond tells MTV.com, "(The show) allows people to get a chance to see who we are on a personal level, but (it) also is a chance for people to see who we are as competitors and performers and artists.
"Tip (T.I.) and (his wife) Tiny have been like a big sister and a big bro (sic) to me for years. They've always been positive, always been supportive. For him to have evolved from some of the things that may have happened in his past to where he is now - people looking at him and Tiny like the new Cosbys, so I value their opinion when it came to this. When they brought the opportunity to me, I was excited."
The show is slated to premiere later this year (14) on Oxygen, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
This isn't the first producing credit for the Live Your Life hitmaker - he previously worked on the movie Takers and docuseries T.I.'s Road to Redemption.
