R. Kelly has offered to make sportsman Nick Young's dreams come true by agreeing to discuss plans for a performance at the basketball star's upcoming wedding to rapper Iggy Azalea.
The bride-to-be recently revealed Young was keen to book the R&B veteran for a duet at their reception, although Azalea admitted she wasn't quite sure her fiance's choice of song was appropriate.
She explained, "Nick wants to have R. Kelly perform at our wedding, so he can sing Marry The P**sy with R. Kelly. I don't know what's gonna happen, but he's trying to make it happen."
Kelly has now revealed he is open to the idea, telling TMZ.com, "Now that I know it (the request) is real, we got to sit down and discuss the logistics (sic)."
The I Believe I Can Fly star adds, "Anything I wrote I'm open to perform (but) I never thought anybody on the planet would come and ask me to sing it (song) at a wedding."
The news emerges on the same day false reports surfaced suggesting Azalea had called off her engagement to her partner of two years, after he was allegedly caught exchanging suspicious text messages with British TV personality Donatella Panayiotou.
The rapper's representative moved quickly to shoot down the tabloid gossip, telling GossipCop.com the Australian star has not dumped Young.
