Rockers Paramore have settled a legal spat with their former bassist and co-founder Jeremy Davis.
The musician, who quit the band at the end of 2015, sued his former bandmates after claiming his name had been omitted from songwriting credits on the band's self-titled album.
He also accused Hayley Williams and his former pals of cheating him out of royalties.
They fired back and argued Davis was simply an employee and not eligible for royalties from sales, merchandising and touring.
But it appears the band has settled the dispute as they release a new album.
Prior to the start of Paramore's tour in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday (11May17), the band's lawyer told RollingStone.com, "Everything has been resolved and settled" with regard to the lawsuit.
Terms of the settlement have not been revealed.
