Miley Cyrus has warned her little sister Noah not to Google herself - because she'll hate what trolls write about her.
The 16-year-old signed a record deal earlier this year (16) and last month (Nov16) she released her debut single, Make Me (Cry).
Noah admits she was overcome with emotion when the track started getting played on the radio, but she isn't getting carried away with success thanks to her big sister who has been sharing tips about how to stay happy as her career takes off.
"Every day has been different for me," she tells Billboard. "The first day (the song came out) I was in pure shock, and didn't know how to handle it. The day the song came out, the morning of, I was getting all these great responses, and I looked at my mom and said, 'I finally did it. It's out.' My mom cried. It was a very emotional moment.
"(Miley has been) so supportive... She told me to not look myself up, ever. I've turned my comments off on Instagram. I think that was the best thing I could have done right now."
Noah, who will begin writing tracks for her debut album in the near future, is aware she will forever be compared to her sister - but she doesn't mind.
"We're going to be told that we sound alike," she adds. "I've been expecting that. It doesn't take me by surprise, and it doesn't bother me."
The video for Noah's debut single has been a hit on streaming service YouTube and the song has entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart at number 98.
