Pop star Nick Jonas has gone on a Twitter tear in a bid to end rumors about his love life.
The Jealous singer has been linked to actresses Kate Hudson and Lily Collins ever since his split from beauty queen Olivia Culpo last year (15) and despite constant claims he's single and unattached, the media continues to gossip about his 'romance' with Hudson in particularly.
Both stars have been snapped together on numerous occasions and Hudson and Jonas have been coy at times when asked about a romance, but now it seems Nick is ready to make it clear he's available.
In a series or tweets posted on Monday (22Feb16), he wrote, "I’ve now been romantically linked to two of my friends wife and girlfriend while third wheeling at dinner with them. #sofunnyiforgottolaugh.
"These people (in the media) are very good at cropping people out of pictures that make their story less interesting."
"I’ve been very open about the fact that I am not in a relationship with anyone right now," he adds. "I am pretty sure I am the most reliable source."
But it seems all the romance rumors have inspired Jonas in the studio, because he reveals his new music will feature lyrics that "share the journey I've been on this last year".
Hudson, who at 36 is 13 years older than Jonas, hasn't exactly been helping clear up the reports she's dating the young star - the mom of two giggled her way through a recent TV interview when asked about Nick, stating only that he is "a great guy".
However, Nick recently told Complex magazine he is "very much single" but refused to be cornered about whether he and Kate had been intimate.
"Out of my best effort to respect her and her privacy, I'm not going to say if we had sex or not," he said. "But we did have a beautiful connection. Even now I have so much admiration and respect. She's amazing."
