Pregnant actress Morena Baccarin has been ordered to hand over almost $23,000 in support to her estranged husband.
Director/producer Austin Chick filed for divorce from the ex-Homeland star in June (15) after four years of marriage, and Baccarin was awarded primary physical custody of their two-year-old son Julius as she is too pregnant to make regular flights from New York, where she films superhero show Gotham, to Los Angeles, where the former couple had previously been based.
Now a judge has granted Chick his request for financial help, with Baccarin having to make monthly payments of $2,693 in child support and a massive $20,249 in spousal support, reports TMZ.com.
Chick is currently allowed to visit his son once a month for eight days, providing he gives the actress 15 days notice. He is also permitted to take his son to Los Angeles every two months for eight days.
Baccarin went public with her new romance with her Gotham co-star Ben McKenzie in September (15), when she announced she is also expecting his baby.
Court papers filed as part of her ongoing divorce later revealed the actors are also planning to wed.
