Spanish musician Joan Manuel Serrat will be feted by the likes of Miguel Bose and Calle 13 when he is honored as the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year.
The singer/songwriter is one of the entertainers who will be celebrated by the organizers of the Latin Grammy Awards at a gala and tribute dinner on 19 November (14) in Las Vegas.
Among those taking the stage to pay tribute to Serrat are hip-hop group duo Calle 13, Panamanian salsa singer Ruben Blades and Spanish crooner Bose, who won the same prize last year (13).
Peruvian singer Tania Libertad and singer/poet Joaquin Sabina will also be honored at the event.
